"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from 7 Krave and ended up having an issue with my order, so I had to ask for a refund. the whole thing was just kind of a hassle. I kept thinking it would be sorted quickly, but nope, I had to follow up more than once. They did reply eventually, so it’s not like they completely ignored me, but still, the process felt really slow. I don’t know, maybe I just caught them on a bad day or something, but it was annoying. Not really the experience I was hoping for.
"It’s Fine, Just a Bit Tiring to Deal With"
I’ve ordered from 7 Krave a few times now, and it’s been hit or miss. The site is simple enough to use, and most of my orders went through without any major problems. But the delivery timing can be all over the place, and one time I didn’t get an update until way later than I should’ve. It’s not the worst service or anything, I’m just kind of tired of having to wonder if it’ll go smoothly each time. 3 stars feels about right.

"Checkout was easy overall"
I ordered from 7krave and the checkout was smooth for the most part. I found what I was looking for, put it in the cart, and the payment went through without any real problem. The page was a little slow for a bit, I think, but it wasn’t a big deal or anything. I got the confirmation pretty much right away. Overall, it was a good experience, just maybe not totally perfect.

"Wrong order and frustrating support runaround"
Ordered from 7krave and the food showed up with the wrong items. One meal was missing the sides, and another had ingredients I had clearly removed when I placed the order. I tried to get it sorted, but it felt like I was stuck in a support loop with no real help, just going back and forth. After paying delivery fees and waiting around, I at least expect the order to be right.

I had a discount showing while I was shopping, but as soon as I tried to check out, it just vanished. I reached out for help, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. I kept getting passed around without a clear answer, which was really frustrating.

I gave 7 Krave a try and it ended up costing more than I expected. The delivery fee and extra charges added up fast and by the time I got to checkout the total felt kind of high for what I was ordering. I also noticed some items seemed more expensive than buying directly from the place. It might be fine if you do not mind paying extra for convenience but for me it was not really worth it.

The food was okay, like nothing amazing but not bad either. Delivery just took longer than I expected, which was kind of frustrating because I was already hungry and... yeah. The driver was polite when it finally got here though, so that helped. Overall not terrible, just wish the timing had been better.

I ordered from 7krave the food was good. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were decent too. One item was a bit colder than I expected, but it still tasted nice so I wasnt too bothered. Id definitely order from them again.

They told me it would be about 30 minutes, but it ended up taking almost an hour. I wouldn’t have minded as much if someone had checked in or given an update, but I was just kind of left in the dark the whole time. Frustrating.

"Easy to Use and Worth Trying"
Overall, I had a smooth experience with the app. It was simple to navigate and made the whole process feel easy, which definitely gave me confidence using it. The checkout was a little slow at times, but nothing too frustrating. I still think it’s a solid app and one I’d feel comfortable recommending.
"Works fine, but could be easier"
I use 7 Krave every now and then, the account side is just okay. Logging in usually works without any drama, but trying to update my details or track down old orders can feel more confusing than it needs to be. Like, why should finding a past order take that much effort? Support did help me when I had an issue with my account info, but it took a little while to get sorted. So yeah, it’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not amazing either. It gets the job done, but couldn’t it be a bit smoother?

I’ve used 7krave a few times, it ends up feeling way too expensive for what you get. The food was fine, nothing terrible, but once the delivery fee and all the extra charges show up, it’s like… give me a break. The total was way higher than I expected. A couple of the portions were small too, so it didn’t really feel worth it. It’s definitely convenient when you don’t feel like leaving the house, but I don’t see myself using it that often unless the prices or fees get better.

"Surprisingly easy to use"
I wasn’t really expecting much, but 7 Krave was actually easy to browse. I found what I needed without any trouble, the pages loaded fine, and checkout was clear enough. The only thing is that some of the menus feel a little cramped on mobile, so I’m not totally sold on the layout there, but overall it worked better than I thought it would.

"Menu needs updating, seriously"
I’ve tried ordering from 7krave a few times now, and every time, so many things on the menu just aren’t available. It’s frustrating, frustrating, because you spend time picking what you want and then find out you can’t even get it. If the food isn’t available, they should just take it off the menu or update it properly. felt like a waste of time.

"Package arrived a complete mess"
My order showed up with the bag half open, the food containers smashed, and sauce leaked all over everything inside. I understand delivery can get a little rough sometimes, but this looked like it was packed with zero care. I’m really disappointed, and this needs to be addressed by 7krave because it’s not acceptable to pay for food that arrives like this. I won’t be ordering from them again if this is the kind of service to expect.

I reached out to support and I’m still waiting for a reply. i wasn’t expecting an instant response or anything, but it’s been long enough that I keep checking my inbox like I’m waiting for concert tickets to drop. Anyway, hopefully they get back to me soon, because right now it feels like my message just disappeared into the void.
